CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: In order to provide optimal service to my valued clients, I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes, which should be communicated via telephone or text. Short-notice cancellations unfortunately prevent fellow clients from utilizing the available time slot. To maintain fairness and availability for all, I kindly request that a credit card be provided when booking an appointment. Please note that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the booked appointment value.
